Vertu Wash Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions relating to the use of Vertu Wash services. Clients are prompted to read and confirm their agreement with these terms during booking, Please familiarize yourself with these terms and let us know should you have any question,

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Vertu Wash ("we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("you" or "your") for the eco-friendly car wash and detailing services provided by Vertu Wash, registered in British Columbia, Canada. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Bookings and Appointments

2.1. Booking Process: To schedule an appointment with Vertu Wash, you must visit our website or contact our customer service. You will be required to provide information about your vehicle and your preferred service package.

2.2. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

2.3. Deposit Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be refunded to you in full.

3. Services and Payment

3.1. Service Descriptions: Vertu Wash provides eco-friendly car wash and detailing services as described on our website. The specific services included in your appointment will depend on the package you select.

3.2. Pricing: Our service prices are clearly listed on our website. By booking an appointment, you agree to pay the specified price for the selected service package.

3.3. Payment: Payment can be made in advance while booking an appointment or at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated on our website.

4. Liability and Damages

4.1. Vehicle Condition: While we take utmost care to provide high-quality services, Vertu Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions of your vehicle. You should inform our team of any specific concerns regarding your vehicle before the service begins.

4.2. Damage During Service: In the unlikely event that your vehicle sustains damage as a direct result of our service, Vertu Wash may, at its discretion, repair or reimburse the cost of repairing the damage. All claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the service.

5. Environmental Responsibility

5.1. Eco-Friendly Commitment: Vertu Wash is committed to eco-friendly and environmentally responsible practices. We use environmentally safe cleaning products and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Data Collection: We collect and store personal information necessary for the booking and provision of our services. Your data is protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Vertu Wash does not hold any financial information relating to our clients, Client payments are processed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia through gateways provided by our partners.
